    About

I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. After completing a 4-year undergraduate degree in Psychology, I gained valuable practical experience through placements in South Dublin. This experience allowed me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a range of challenges.

I believe in the power of an integrative approach, which enables me to tailor therapy to individual needs. This flexibility allows me to draw on various evidence-based techniques, including body-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, as well as solution-focused and person-centred approaches, to create personalised treatment plans.

I have a particular interest in neurodiversity, and I am passionate about providing specialised support to neurodiverse individuals. Whether you’re seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply looking to enhance your well-being, I am here to offer a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I bring years of experience and a range of therapeutic tools, but our work will always be guided by your insights and needs. We’ll collaborate to find the most effective ways to support your mental health and personal development.

    Anxiety Relief

As an integrative psychotherapist, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. With a diverse set of techniques at my disposal, I can find methods that work best for you. Our work together is collaborative, recognising that you are the expert on your own experiences. If one approach doesn’t resonate, I’ll explore others with you until we find what suits you best.

    Connecting Mind and Body

Sometimes, emotions are difficult to express in words. My body-based therapies offer an alternative way to explore feelings for both neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals. These approaches can help when emotions are hard to describe verbally, providing a more comprehensive path to emotional well-being.

    Your Pace, Your Space

I understand that everyone processes information differently. My sessions adapt to your needs, offering extended time for deeper exploration when necessary. Through online therapy, you can engage from an environment where you feel most comfortable. This approach eliminates the stress of commuting and allows you to fully focus on your therapeutic process.
